Frances L. Allen, was ambulance unit officer
Frances L. Allen, 68, of Belvidere R.D. 1, died Wednesday in Hackettstown Community Hospital where she was admitted earlier in the day.

Born in Harmony Township, N.J. she was a daughter of the late Chester and Hattie Moser Shuler.

Mrs. Allen was a member of Warren Chapter 128, Order of Eastern Star, Belvidere, and a founder and former secretary of the Belvidere Ambulance Corp. Auxiliary.
Surviving are he husband, Douglas W. Allen, three sons, and five grandchildren.

Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. The MacFadden Funeral Home, Belvidere, is in charge of arrangements.
