Mrs. Martha Shull Williams
Mrs. Martha Shull Williams, widow of Frank C. Williams, died suddenly at 430 o’clock yesterday afternoon at her home, “Margawilla”, spring garden and 13th streets. She had been an invalid for many years but was able occasionally to take rides in her automobile and she had been out shortly before, and was resting when, without a murmur, she passed. The recent death of her husband was a great trial to her.
Mrs. Williams was daughter of the late Alexander Sherrard and Margaret stocker Shull, of Martin’s Creek, and a descendant of a family of her father’s side which settled in Philadelphia and August 1793, coming from the Palatinate city of Worms. She Louisa survived by a daughter, Mrs. James H. Coolidge, of Easton, and a brother, Horatio Shull, of Easton. Mrs. Williams was a member of Olivet Presbyterian church zest a large circle of warm friends in Easton who deeply regret to learn of her demise. |
