Mrs. Thomas J. Werkheiser
Mrs. Zelda Werkheiser, 58, of 725 Grant St., died this morning at Easton Hospital, where she had been a patient since Thursday.

Mrs. Werkheiser was born July 8, 1895, in Easton, a daughter of the late Samuel and Clara Lattig Sigman. She was the wife of Thomas J. Werkheiser.

A lifelong Easton resident, she was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and the Auxiliary of the Sons of Union Veterans, and the Auxiliary of Brown & Lynch Post 9, American Legion.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, Raymond T. of Palmer Township; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Snyder, of Glendon Heights, a brother, Earl Sigman, of Easton; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Brown, of Saylorsburg, and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Strunk Funeral Home.
