Wilbert S. Smith
Wilbert S. Smith, 67, of 62 N. Broad St. extension, Nazareth,
died Friday at his home.
His wife, Arlene Boyer Smith died in 1976.
Born in Bushkill Township, a son of the late Freeman and Eva
Davidson Smith, he formerly lived in Phillipsburg, moving to
Nazareth five years ago.
Mr. Smith was an assembly line worker for the former Warren
Foundries, Phillipsburg, for more than 20 years, retiring in
1975 because of ill health.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in panama with the
U.S. Army. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Easton.
Surviving are four brothers, Harold of Tatamy, Clayton of
Easton, Lester of Nazareth, and Russell of Nazareth R. D.1;
five sisters, Mrs. Florence Chabon, of Lake Hopatcong, N.J;
Mrs. Berdie M. Able of Allentown; Mr. Hilda Boyer of Easton,
and Mrs. Sadie Scott of Tatamy, and Mrs. Marion Werner of Nazareth.
