Myrtle B. Burd
Myrtle B. Burd, 78, died Saturday morning at her home at 35 South Lincoln Ave., Washington, N.J.
She was born in Oxford, a daughter of the late William and Carrie Melberger Spangenberg.
Mrs. Burd was a member of United Methodist Church of Washington, Washington Chapter 136, Order of the Eastern Star and the Warren Hills Friendship Club.
Her husband, LeRoy M. Burd, died in 1978,and her daughter, Dorothy Thompson, died in 1976.
She is survived by one son, Donald L. of Washington, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the DeVoe Funeral Home. Washington. Interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery, Oxford. |
