Miss Martha M. Steckel
Miss Martha Marie Steckel, aged 18 years, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Steckel of 114 Wilkes-Barre Street died at her home on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from complications following an illness of eight weeks. In addition to her parents, she is survived by the following brothers and sisters; Russell, Carl, Julia and Margaret, all at home. Miss Steckel was born in Easton and lived here all her life. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran church. The funeral services will be held for her home on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
