Azariah Stocker died at his home, corner of Rose and Second Streets, Phillipsburg, yesterday, aged seventy-one years. He is survived by his wife and the following children; Mrs. T. F. Ackerman of Easton; Mrs. John Pursel, of Phillipsburg, Mrs. E.S. Dana, of Tunkhannock, Pa., and Miss Lina K. Stocker of Phillipsburg. The following brothers and sisters also survive him; George Stocker, of Belvidere; William Stocker, of Bangor, Pa; Mrs. A. S. Shull, Mrs. John Morris of Martins Creek, Mrs. Catherine Middaugh, of Bangor. The funeral will take place on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock with services at the home and interment in the Phillipsburg cemetery. Deceased has been a resident of Phillipsburg the past twenty-four years. He was a member of the Mt. Bethel Lutheran church. |
