Adam Walter
After an illness of six weeks, Adam Walter, died at 9:15 last night at his home. N. 1233 Pine Street, of Paralysis. He was confined to his bed four weeks.
Mr. Walter, who would have been 68 years of age on Saturday, was a native of Palmer Township, and a resident of Easton many years. He was last employed as a caretaker at the Easton Cemetery.
Besides his wife he is survived by six children: Frank Walter, Mrs. Ella Lawless, Easton, Mrs. Lizzie Carty, Houston, Tex., Mrs. Florence Smith, Easton; Miss Nettie Walter, living at home and Mrs. Evelyn Ziegler, of Easton.; He also leaves two brothers, Milton and James Walter, of Palmer Township; a half-sister, Mrs. Cora Derr, of Easton, and five grandchildren. He was a member of St. Mark’s Reformed Church. |
