Arthur H. Werkheiser
Arthur H. Werkheiser, 68, of 1835 Morgan Hill Road, Williams
Township, died yesterday in Easton Hospital after being admitted
earlier in the day.
He was an electronic technician for Nytronics Inc., Alpha,
until retiring in 1972. He then worked part time for Hansco
of Williams Township, Glen Magnetics of Alpha, and Fernwood
of Belvidere.
Born Sept 10, 1910, in Easton, he was a son of the late Arthur
E. and Anna Bunting Werkheiser.
He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Williams
Township; the Green Pond Golf Club, Bethlehem Township; the
Williams Township Fire co. and Easton Order of Fleas.
Surviving are his wife, the former Jane Wagner, one daughter
Mrs. Jacqueline Stackhouse, Williams Township; one son, Arthur
H. Jr., of Huntsville, Ala.; a stepdaughter, Christine Steckel,
Allentown; a step-son, Rodney Steckel, Williams Township, and
five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Strunk
Funeral Home, Easton. Interment will be in Easton Heights Cemetery. |
