Joseph E. Wilhelm
Joseph E. Wilhelm, who was taken to Easton Hospital last night,
after a week's illness at his home, 30 South 12th street, died
at 7:10 o'clock this morning, aged 51 years. He had been suffereing
from intestinal trouble. Mr. Wilhelm was born in Raubsville,
but had lived inEaston for the past 40 yearss, and became interested
in the meat business. Recently he was proprietor of the Wilhelm
meat market at 323 Cattell Street, vformerly conducted by the
last Charles Herster. He was very well known and possessed
a large circle of friends. Mr. Wilhelm is survived by his wife,
Mrs. Sallie Wieland Wilhelm, by a sister, Mrs. Ida Fackenthall,
of Easton and a step-brother, Emerson Bennett, of Phillipsburg.
