Death of Mrs. Jonas Walter
Mrs. Surrenda Walter, wife of Jonas Walter, of 3824 Brodhead street, College Hill, so died at her home at 12: 45 this morning of cancer, after an illness of nine years. She was in the 70th year of her age. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Cecilia Walter. The deceased was a native of Easton, was a daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. Elias Wilhelm and was a member of St. Peter’s Reformed Church.

1900 Census indicates Surinda had 7 children with 1 surviving.
