Wilson H.P. Woodring, 91, of 1440 Stones Crossing, Palmer Township, formerly of Wood Avenue, Easton, died Monday in the Phoebe Home, Allentown. He was the husband of Elva E. (Foulk) Woodring who died in 1987.

He worked for Brown Daub dealership, Wilson, for many years, retiring in 1963. Before that, he worked for Ungerleider Motor Co., Easton, and Taylor-Wharton Co., Wilson.

Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Perry and Maude (Bright) Woodring.

He was a member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ, Easton.

Survivors: Son, Donald H. of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughters, Jeanne F. Bodder, with whom he resided, and Nancy J. Franc of Groton, Conn.; sister, Lois Buck of Easton; five grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. A son, James E., died in 1984.

Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton streets, Easton. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday.
