Mrs. James Perine
Mrs. Virginia Perine, 51, of 222 Irwin St., Phillipsburg, was
dead on arrival yesterday at Warren Hospital after being stricken
at home.
She was a presser at Star Dollar cleaners, Phillipsburg, where
she last worked in
August of this year.
Born on June 19, 1927, in Bangor, she was a daughter of the
late William and Daisy Mae Kiefer Benn.
She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Easton.
Surviving are her husband, James Perine; three daughters,
****, at home, and Mrs. ***** and ***** both
of Phillipsburg; seven sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Beers, Mrs.
Dorothy Werkheiser and Mrs. Carol Bronozoski, all of Bangor,
Mrs. Shirley Bajan, Nazareth, Mrs. Ruth Kneebone, Kesslerville,
and Mrs. Margaret Mengel and Mrs. Edith Claus, both of Easton;
three brothers, john Benn Bangor, James Benn, Stockertown and
Donald Benn, Easton, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday from the Joseph
A. Noto funeral Home, Phillipsburg. Interment will be in the
Greenwood Cemetery, Nazareth.
