Mrs. Helen C. Betts, 72, of Devon Drive, Palmer Township, formerly of 124 E. Wayne Ave., Easton, died Friday in her home. She was the widow of Brooks Betts.

Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Alvin and Bertha (Pursell) Clause.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Easton.

Surviving are two sons, two sisters, Jean Smith of Easton and Mary Pursel of Phillipsburg; and two granddaughters.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.

The Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton streets, Easton, is in charge of arrangements.
