Mrs. Luther Emery
Mrs. Mary C. Emery, 95, of Middle Village, Portland, died this morning in the Blough Nursing Home, Bethlehem. She had been a guest in the home for four years.
The widow of Luther Emery, she was born in Lower Mount Bethel Township, a daughter of the late John and Ellen Kiefer Gulick.
Mrs. Emery was a member of the Mount Bethel – Portland Community Presbyterian Church and the Women’s Association of the church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Edward Schaner, Bethlehem; a son, John, Middle Village, Portland, one grandson and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announce by the Reed Funeral Home, Johnsonville.
