John Raub Found Dead In Glendon
Aged Man Had Been Ill For Last Week
John Raub, 70 years old, of 153 Main Street, Glendon, was found dead at 10:20 o’clock this morning at his home. By Mrs. Ida Apgar, a neighbor. He had complained of illness for a week and when he died not appear about the premises his morning, a search was instituted.
Mr. Raub was formerly employed as a laborer and had been living retired for a number of years. His only known near survivors is a sister, Mrs. Nora Rice, of 426 Berwick Street, South Side. Coroner D. F. Bachman of Bethlehem, was notified and the body was taken to the Adams Funeral Home.

Raub Funeral
The funeral of John Raub, who died suddenly at his home, 153 Main street, Glendon, on Tuesday, was held at 11 o’clock this morning at the Adams Funeral Home, 206 Spring Garden Street, The Rev. Samuel E. Kidd, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, South Side, conducted the services and interment was made in Williams Township cemetery.
