Mrs. Harry Rice
Mrs. Nora E. Rice, 82, of 504 Reynolds St., Easton, died yesterday afternoon in Easton Hospital where she was a patient since Aug. 8.
Mrs. Rice was born Dec. 17, 1882, in Easton, a daughter of the late Michael and Susan Jacoby Raub. Her first husband, Edward Fahl, died 45 years ago. Her second husband, Harry A. Rice, died in February 1953.
She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Easton.
Surviving are three daughters, Jean, wife of Russell Stull, Dallas Texas; Beatrice, wife of William Wanamaker, Easton, and Mary, wife of Winfried Donavon, Philadelphia; a son, William Fahl, Easton; 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. A son, Edward Fahl, died in 1961, and another son, Charles Fahl, died in 1954.
The funeral will beheld at 11 a.m. Friday in the Strtunk Funeral Home, Easton.

Mrs. Harry Rice
The funeral of Mrs. Nora E. Rice, 82, of 504 Reynolds St., Easton, was held this morning at the Strunk Funeral Home, Easton. Mrs. Rice, widow of Harry A. Rice, died Monday in Easton Hospital.
The Rev. Byard J. Ebling of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church officiated. Interment was in hays Cemetery. The pallbearers were Edward Fahl, Robert Wanamaker, William Wanamaker, Sr., Arthur E. Rice, George L. Steckel and Thomas Torcivia. |
