Charles Unangst, Ingersoll-Rand Employee 47 years
Charles S. Unangst, 77, of 415 March Blvd. Shimor Manor,
died this morning in Warren Hospital where he was admitted
March 25.
Mr. Unangst was employed as an order clerk in the engineering
department of Ingersoll-Rand Co. 47 years, retiring in 1960.
Born in Easton on Dec. 27, 1895, he was a son of the late
Peter F. and Mary Lawrence Unangst.
He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Brown, and
Lych Post 9, American Legion, and the McKinley Republican
Club. He was an Army betyeran of World War I.
Survivors include his widow, the former Permelia Tilton
Shnyder; a sister, Mrs. Raymond Kindt, Easton, and Nieces
and nephews.
The funeral will beheld at 11 a.m. Friday in Trininty Episcopal
Church. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine,
