Robert J. Woodring
Robert J. Woodring, 86, of 384 Broad St., Emmaus, died Friday in his home. He was the husband of Helen M. (Schaffer) Woodring.
He was employed as a carpenter by several contracting firms in the Lehigh Valley for many years before retiring.
Born in Upper Saucon Township, he was a son of the Harvey and Lillie (Christ) Woodring.
He was a member of the Western Salisbury United Church of Christ.
Surviving with his widow is a sister, Mrs. Annie Weaver of Richlandtown.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Ritter Funeral Home, 28 s. 5th St., Emmaus. Calling hours will be 7-8:30 p.m. Monday. |
