George W. Buss
George W. Buss, 75, of Bethlehem R. D.1, died Saturday night at St. Luke 's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was hospitalized Jan. 14.

Mr. Buss was a farmer in the Lower Nazareth Township area for 49 years.

Born Feb. 4, 1886, in Shoenersville, he was a son of the late Robert and E mma Hickens Buss.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hecktown.

Surviving are his widow, the former Lizzie Johnson; Four sons, Paul, Ba th R. D1; Elwood, Nazareth R. D 1: Ray, Bethlehem R. D.1, and later, East on R. D1: four daughters, Mrs. Elvin Gradwohl, Nazareth R. D. 1; Mrs. Llo yd Groth, Bethlehem; Mrs. Ernest Fabian, Nazareth R. D. 1, and Mrs. Theodo re Moose, Allentown; four brothers, John, Nazareth R. .D1; Morris, Nazaret h; Fred, Easton, and James, Bethlehem R. D1; a sister, Mrs. Irene Hoch, Ph iladelphia; 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesday at the Bartholomew Funeral H ome, Nazareth.

The funeral of George W. Buss, 74, of Bethlehem R. D.1, was held this afte rnoon at the Bartholomew Funeral Home, Nazareth. Mr. Buss died Saturd ay in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.

The Rev. Robert L. Herman, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hecktown, of ficiated. Interment was in Hope Cemetery. The pallbearers were Luther Lap p, Walter Fogel, James Rohn, and Leroy Chester and Robert Buss, all nephe ws of Mr. Buss.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Bartholomew Funeral Home, 3 11 E. Center St., Nazareth. Viewing will be Tuesday evening.
