Philip J. Shoudt
Philip J shoudt, 76, Upper Black Eddy, died yesterday at the Hunterdon Med ical Center where he was a patient 17 days.

Mr. shoudt was employed as a lathe operator and carpenter by Riegel Pap er Corp. at its Milford Plant, retiring in 1945. He also raised chicks a nd operated a greenhouse.

Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late John and Anna Huber Shoud t. He lived in Upper Black Eddy 32 years.

He was a member of Lower Tinicum United church of Christ and Orion lodge 5 6, F&AM, Frenchtown.

Survivors include his widow, the former Mary Emery; a son, William, Bryn Mawr, a brother, Albert, Philadelphia, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Johnson Funeral Home, Fre nchtown.

The funeral of Philip J. Shoudt, 76, Upper black Eddy was held yesterday a fternoon at the Johnson funeral Home, Frenchtown, NJ. Mr. Shoudt died Wedn esday at the Hunterdon Medical Center.

The Rev. David Koch of Lower Tinicum United church of Christ officiated. I nterment was in Upper Tinicum Cemetery. The pallbearers were Isaac Pursel l, James Berry, Robert and Alfred Clause, Steve Marquardt and Roger Weaver .
