Charles Kelchner
Charles Kelchner, 76, died yesterday at his home at Bethlehem from heart trouble. He was employed at the Bethlehem Steel plant for 47years. He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Fred Schlecher, New York; a brother, William Kelchner, Bethlehem, and one granddaughter.

Veteran Steel Worker Dies
George Kelchner Succumbs After Long Illness of Heart Disease
Charles Kelchner, for 47 years in the employ of the Bethlehem Steel Company, died from heart disease at 5:30 o'clock yesterday morning at the late residence, 326 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, aged 76 years.

Born in Lehigh Gap, March 28, 1859, he was a son of Charles and Hannah Musselman Kelchner. He was a member of Grace Lutheran church and Bethlehem Council, No. 508 F. P. A.

There survive to mourn his passing the widow, Lily Moyer Kelchner; a daughter, Mrs. Fred Schlecher, of New York, a brother, William Kelchner, of East North Street, and a granddaughter, Geraldine Schlecher.

The funeral will take place on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with services at the house. Interment will be made in Nisky Hill cemetery.
