Collins - Viola Collins | Born: Baptism: Place: Sponsors: Died: Burial: Notes: Mrs. Louise Rice, 87. of 144 Meadvills Pike, widow of Joseph C Rice and . a resident of the Franklin district 37 years, died at 3:15 p. m. Thursday in her home. She had been ill 16 years and an invalid 14 of those years prior to her death. Mrs. Rice was the daughter of the late William Collins and Clarissa Beil Collins and was born in Canal Township Sept 18, 1863. She was united in marriage with Mr. Rice Aug. 17, 1880. The latter died March 12, 1935. Mrs. Rice was a member of the First Methodist Church. Surviving is one daughter, Miss Myrtle Rice, at home. The body has been removed from the Burger Funeral Home to the Rice home residence. Services will be conducted at the residence at 10:30 a. m. Saturday. Saturday. Rev. H. L. Knappenberger and Kev.
