Metzgar, Bethlehem, aged 71 years. Deceased was a son of the late John and Catherine Kern and was born at Lower Nazareth on Sept 6, 1841. He was twice married. Besides the wife and daughter, a sister, Mrs. Sophie Haupt, of Nazareth, survives him.
