Raub Susannah, nee Odenwelder, wife of Prof. Francis D. Raub, superintende nt of the Allentown Schools, died Wednesday. The deceased was the daught er of the late Samuel and Catherine Odenwelder, and was born in Glendon. B esides her husband, she is survived by one son, Samuel, Raub of Allentow n, and the following brothers: Philip Odenwelder, Sandetes, Pa., and Samu el Odenwelder, of Roxbury, N.J. The Allentown Democrate, Allentown, Pa, January 6, 1916, Page 5 Wife of Supt. Raub is Summoned by Death Susanna H., wife of Francis D. Raub, superintendent of the Alletnown schoo l, died at herhome, 235 North 5th St., yesterday at five p.m. from a compl ication of diseases. She had been ill for some months and was bedfast f or the past four weeks. Mrs. Raub was the daughter of Samuel and Catherine (Nee Edenwalder0Heil a nd was born in Glendon, pa. In 1876 she was wedded to Mr. Raub, and the ir union was blessed with one son, samuel, of this city, who with the hsub and survives. two brothers, Philip of Salt City, Pa., and Samuel of Noxbur y, N.J., also survive,. The deceased was a member of st. John's Lutheran C hurch. The funeral services will be held at her late home on Saturday at 10:30 a. m. with Rev. Steimle in charge. Itnermetn will be made in Fairview cemete ry at the conveneince of the family. | ||
