Jacob Frankenfield
Seneca Falls, Aug. 20 -- Jacob S. Frankenfield, 91, of Fayette, died last yesterday (Augst 20, 1954) in a Waterloo nursing home, where he had been a patient the past two months.
He was born in Bethlehem, Pa., but came to this area early in life and owned and operated a farm in Fayette for 55 years. He retired in 1944. He was a member of the Lutheran Church, Fayette, and of Fayette Grange 44 for more than 50 years.
He leaves a daughter, Miss Naomi I. Franenfield, R. D. Sececa Falls; two sons, Seeley J. Frankenfield, Fayette, Glenn L. Frankenfield, Waterloo, five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchidlren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Sanderson Funeral Chapel, 32 State St., where services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Reuben C. Baerwald of Geneva will officate and burial wll be in the Canoga Cemetery. |
