A native and lifelong resident of Middle Smithfield Township, Monroe Count y, he was the son of the late Henry and Luphine, Nee Mosier, Frankenfie ld A graduate of the School of Forestry of Mt. Alton South Mountain and t he East Stroudsburg State Teachers college, he was a civil engineer and h ad been employed as borough engineer at East Stroudsburg a number of yea rs ago. He was a member of the Coolbaugh Township Presbyterian Church Mid dle Smithfield Township and the Scottish Rite Leigh Consistory, Allentown. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Lulu Aque and Mrs. Charles Beck, both of B ushkill, and a number of nieces and nephews. | ||
