Clarence M. Funk
Clarence M. Funk, 61, of Walnut St., Springtown, died yesterday morni ng in Quakertown Community hospital.
Born on June 5, 1893, in Hellertown he was a son of the late Charles and E va Frankenfield Funk. He was employed for 40 years by Bethlehem Steel Co.
Mr. funk was a beteran of World War I, having served with the 329 Infantr y. He was a member of New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Saucon Valley.
surviving are his widow, the former Elsie Klotz; a son, Joseph V, Search, of Allentown; two daughters, Mrs. Harvey Hottle, of Bethlehem, and Mi ss Nancy Jean Funk at home; four brothers, Harvey, George and Oliver Fun k, all of Bethlehem, and John Funk, of Easton R.D. 3; a sister, Mrs. Aman da Pearson, of Bethlehem, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thusday at 2 p.lm. at the Templeton Funer al Home, Hellertown. |
