Frank Brodhead
Frank Brodhead of 8712 Ferry street, died at 11:30 last evening at his hom e, after an illness of about three months. Mr. Brodhead had been in the e mploy of Jacob Ottenbacher, the baker of 433 South Main Street, Phillipsbu rg, for the past 25 years, as a driver and had a route in Phillipsburg a nd Alpha. During the severe snowsotrm in January he contracted a cold a nd complicatons later developed which caused his death. He was 64 yea rs of age.

Mr. Brodhead was born near Finesville, N.J., and was a son of the late Jac ob andMaria Bissey Brodhead. He was a descendant of the Brodheads who set tled along the Analomink Creek, in Monroe county, now called Brodheads Cre ek. His great grandfather waas Luke Brodhead who was a captain during t he greater part of the Revolutionary War and who was an intimate frie nd of General LaFayette.

For the greater part of his life Mr. Brodhead lived in Riegelsville, Pa ., and moved to this city about five years ago. He is surived by his wid ow and two daughters, Nellie and Alma, living at home also by one siste r, Mrs. Elizabeth Fluck, of Easton, and one brother, George Brodhead, of B ingen, Lower Saucon Township. Interment will be made at Riegelsville on M onday afternoon following funeral services held here at 2:30.
