Riegelsville Citizen Taken Sick in Easton, Dies in Hospital
John Rensheimer, 62 years of age of Riegelsville, was taken sick on Sou th Twelfth street shortly after 8 o?clock this morning, and managed to rea ch the No. 2 engine house, where the firemen attended him until the arriv al of the ambulance. He was removed to the hospital and died there at no on today.
Though little is known of Renshimer, it was learned that he is a memb er of the Loyal Order of Moose and that he came here last evening to vis it a friend. Leaving the latter?s house this morning he decided to visit t he hospital, that being the primary object of his coming to Eaton. He h ad waled only ashort distance when he was overcome by illness. His dea th was due to a general breakdown.
Rensheimer has a brother Edward at Riegelsville. It is said that he was em ployed a short time ago at Lambertville. |
