Self-Inflicted Wounds Fatal to Riegelsville Man
Thomas Lippincott, age 50 years a well known resident of Riegelsville, N.J ., died at 10:30 this morning in the Easton Hospital from gun shot woun ds in the abdomen. Lippincott had been admitted to the institution on ly 15 minutes before his death.

For a number of years deceased had been employed as baggagemaster at the P ennsylvania Railroad station at Riegelsville. During the past several yea rs Mr. Kippincott has suffered a decline in health and this morning whi le in a despondent mood and belived to have been temporairly insane, to ok a shot gun, pointed the barrel to his stomach and shot himself. He w as rushed to the Easton Hospital but the journey was of no avail.

There survive his widow, Fannie Lippincott, and two sons, Harry of Riegels ville, Pa., and Ralph Lippincott, at home.

Coroner Walter Cathrall, of Northampton County was summoned and after hear ing the facts issued a certificate of death by suicede while temporary ins ane.
