Rev. Erwin Dieterly
The Rev. Irvin Dieterly, 70 years old, a lifelong resident of Springtow n, Bucks county, died on Saturday in the Grandview Hospital, Sellersvill e. The Rev. Mr. Dieterly was an ordained Lutheran clergyman, attach ed to the East Pennsylvania Synod, but never served a charge or preach ed a sermon. Finding his tastes running more on to farming, he turned h is attention to agriculture after completing his training for the ministr y.

He was a good musician and served in the Springfield Lutheran Church for m any years as an organist. Later his daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Albright, assum ed the position. She died last October.

He was the son of the late John and Mary Frankenfield Dieterly. Survivi ng are a brother, Charles, of near Springtown, and a son, Harold, of Phila delphia. His wife, the format Emma Pearson, died in 1923.
