Mrs. C. Harvey Bean
Mrs. Eda A. Bean, 87, of Ferndale, died on Saturday night at 9:50 o?clo ck at her home after an illness of six years. She was the widow of C. Harv ey Bean.

Mrs. Bean was born at Kintnersville R. D. March 21, 1863, and had spent a ll her life in the Ferndale Area. She was a daughter of the late George a nd Sarah Afflerbach Trauger.

She was a member of St. Luke?s Lutheran Church, Ferndale, and the Women ?s Missionary Society of the church.

Surviving are 10 children, Mrs. Sallie Foellner and Oscar Bean, both of Fe rndale; Mrs. Emma Melchor and Charles bean, both of Kintnersville; Willi am Bean, of Riegelsville, Bucks County; Mrs. Cora Knauss, of Whippany, N.J .; George Bean, of Silver springs, Md.; Bryan Bean, of Lansdale; W. Dew ey Bean, of Phillipsburg, a pressman at The Easton Express, and Mrs. Ru th Taylor, of Morris Plains, N.J; two brothers, Alva Trauger, of Kintnersv ille, and Claude Trauger, of Ferndale; also 20 grandchildren and 23 great- grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Struthers fune ral home, Riegelsville. The Rev. Roland M. Banes pastor of St. Luke?s Chu rch, will officiate. Interment will be in Nockamixon cemetery, Ferndale.

Rites for Mrs. Bean
Funeral services for Mrs. Eda A. Bean, widow of C. Harvey Bean who died Sa turday at her home in Ferndale, were he3ld this afternoon in the Struthe rs funeral Home, Riegelsville.

The Rev. Roland M. Banes, pastor of St. Luke?s Lutheran Church, Ferndal e, officiated at the rites. Interment was in Nockamixon cemetery, Ferndale .

Pallbearers were Oscar, Charles, William George, Bryan, W. Dewey Bean, a ll sons of the deceased.
