Eli Hillpot

Eli Hillpot, 85, a retired farmer who spent nearly all his life in Upper B lack Eddy, died this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jacob Frank enfield, of Erwinna.

Mr. Hillpot was the son of the late Josiah and Emma Fulmer Hillpot. He w as a member of Upper Tinicum Lutheran Church. He had resided with his daug hter of the last few days.

Surviving in addition to his daughters, are eight grandchildren an five gr eat-grandchildren. His wife was the late Lizzie Stem Hillpot.

The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Johnson funeral hom e, Frenchtown. The rev. Roland M. Banes, pastor of Upper Tinicum Churc h, will officiate. Burial will be in Upper Tinicum cemetery.
