Mrs. Harriet Louise Schick, wife of Floyd Schick, died Tuesday night at t he family residence, 638 Fifteenth avenue, Bethlehem, from pleuro-pneumoni a, aged 41 years, 2 months and 10 days. She contracted a severe cold a f ew weeks ago during the Educational Campaign for the Blind. At one of t he luncheons prepared by a church group including the women of Christ Refo rmed church, Mrs. Schick was engaged in the kitchen and, upon leaving t he headquarters of the campaign, she took ill with a cold, which develop ed into pneumonia. The deceased was born in Bethlehem, October 12, 189 0, the daughter of James C. and Mary (nee Zweifel) Frankenfield. She w as a faithful member of Christ Reformed church and a member of the Truth S eekers' Bible class. Surviving her, besides her husband, Floyd E. Schic k, are two children, a son, Leonard, and a daughter, Jean, both at home; o ne brother, Arthur F. Frankenfield, Bethlehem; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Mo ser of seventh avenue, and Mrs. Emily Geissinger, of Westwood, N.J. Priva te funeral services will be held from the fammily residence, 638 Fifteen th avenue, followed by public services in Christ Reformed church at 2.30 o 'clock, with the Rev. W. H. Bollman officiating. Interment will be ma de in the Memorial Park cemetery. |
