Robert W. Wint Found Lifeless in Photo Studio
Prominent Photographer Is Victim of Heart Disease
A heart attack suffered at his photographic studio at 617 Linden Street ye sterday afternoon caused the death of Robert W. Wint, for the past thirty- five years a widely know photographer of this city. He was sixty-two yea rs old.

Mr. Wint was found dead behind the counter of his studio at 2:15 o?clo ck by Frank Stolpe, a customer, and one of the studio assistants, Mr. Stol pe entered the shop and waited for ten minutes to be served. When an assis tant came from the rear of the studio the two found Mr. Wint lying behi nd the counter.

While the prominent photographer had been ill since Thanksgiving from t he effects of pneumonia and a nervous breakdown, he has been showing const ant improvement. Just a few hours before his death, he was given a thorou gh examination at his home and his physician pronounced his condition as h ighly gratifying. He resided at 815 Linden Street.

Born in Allentown, August 3, 1871, Mr. Wint was a son of the late Willi am H. and Maria C., nee Reinsmith, Wint. After being educated in the loc al public schools he studied photography and served his apprenticesh ip in this city. Later he was engaged in the profession in Akron, Ohio, a nd in York and Pottstown. Returning to Allentown in 1903 he opened a stud io here and achieved success from the start.

Mr. Wint occupied a high position in his profession and was president of t he Lehigh Valley Section, No. 7, Professional Photographers Society and w as also associated with the National Photographer Assocaition.l HE was al so affiliated with Vienna lodge of Odd Fellows, the Allentown Elks Lodge a nd Phil Sheridan Council, Jr. O.U. A. M. He was a former member of the Rot ary Club.

He was married three times. His first wife Agnes J., nee Frankenfiel d, to whom he was marred in 1891 in York, died in 1902. Later he married L inda Maxwell, who also preceded him in death. His third wife, Florence, n ee Green, survives to mourn his death, Two daughters, Janice at home, a nd Mrs. John Long, Hellertown, a daughter by his first wife, also survive d. He is further survived by one sister, Mrs. D. W. Buckley, of this cit y, and a brother, Charles H. Wint of Middletown, Ohio.

Private funeral services will be held at his late home, 815 Linden Stree t, Monday morning at 10:30 o?clock daylight saving time. Interment wi ll be made in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday fr om 7 to 9 p.m.
