Hervey T. Rice
Hervey T. Rice, aged 55 years, died at his home at Brainards at 10:50 th is morning. Mr. Rice, who had resided in Phillipsburg until about a year a go is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Lewis Browser, Phillipsbur g; a brother, Milton H Rice, Phillipsburg, and two sisters, Mrs. Fred Snyd er, Phillipsburg, and Mrs. Milton Howell, Easton. he was a member of the W esley M.E. Church, Camp 3, P.O. S. of A., of Phillipsburg, and Kiowa Trib e, No. 215, Improved Order of Red Men, of Bloomsbury. Mr. Rice had been e mployed by the Alpha Portland Cement Company at the Martin?s Creek plant.

Funeral of Mr. Rice
Funeral services for Hervey Rice, who died at Martin?s Creek, were conduct ed this afternoon at the Hagerty Colonial Home by Rev. Milton E. Grant, p astor of Wesley Methodist Episcopal Church, Attended by a number of relati ves and friends. Interment was made in Fairmount cemetery, friends of t he deceased serving as the pallbearers. |
