Arthur H. Durns
Arthur H. Durns, 77, died Saturday night at the home of his son-in-law a nd daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Carl L. Young, Durham where he resided about a y ear. Before that he lived in Miami, Fla.
Born in Bethlehem, Mr. Durns was a son of the late Henry and Amelia Durns.
Mr. Durns was formerly a farmer in the Durham area.
In addition to Mrs. Young he is survived by three other daughters, Mrs. El ise Rhodes and Mrs. John Breiner, both of Riegelsville R. D., and Mrs. Jo hn DeSousa Jr., Riegelsville; three sons, Armon, Riegelsville R.D. Alber t, Abington, and Russell, Riegelsville; 11 grandchildren and seven great-g randchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Robert W. Snyder funer al Home Riegelsville.

The funeral of Arthur H. Durns, 77, of Durham was held this afternoon at t he Robert W. Snyder funeral Home, Riegelsville. Mr. Durns died Saturd ay at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Carl L. Youn g, Durham, with whom he resided.
Rev, Donald J. Ely, pastor of St. John?s Evangelical and Reformed Churc h, Riegelsville, officiated. Interment was in Nisky Hill Cemetery, Bethle hem, The pallbearers were Albert, Armon and Russell Durns. John DeSousa J r., Carl Young and Herbert Godown. |
