Mrs. Salena Bohning
Mrs. Salena Bohning, nee Litzenberger of 519 North Bishopthorpe street, Fo untain Hill, widow of Charles F. Bohning, the first marketmaster of the So uth Side municipal building, East Third Street, passed away Monday morni ng at 8:30 o?clock at St. Luke?s Hospital, where she was treated for the p ast two weeks, aged 72 years, 9 months and 18 days.

Death was due to a complication of diseases from which she had been suffer ing for some time.

Mrs. Bohning was born in Haycock township, Bucks County, on July 12, 185 5, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Litzenberger. She was a member of t he Nativity Episcopal church. Her husband preceded her to the grave eight een years ago. Undertaker H. L. Dillinger took charge of the remains.

There survive two sons, Fred C., at home and William J., of West Union Bou levard; two daughters, Emma M., at home and Mrs. Wm. Horn, of Fifth Avenu e; one brother, Andrew W. Litzenberger, of Philadelphia, and four grandchi ldren. The funeral will take place on Thursday afternoon at 2 o?cloc k, at her late residence, with a service at the house, followed by interme nt in the family plot in St. Joseph?s cemetery.
