Dornblaser Sr., of 5141 William Penn Highway, Bethlehem Townshi p, died today in Easton Hospital. He had been in failing health for the l ast two years. He was the owner of the Dixie Tavern, Wilson, being semi-retied for the la st two years. He formerly owned and operated the Mobil Gas Station, 17 th and Butler Sts., Wilson, for several years. He was previously a truck driver with the Pennsylvania Highway departme nt and drove an ice cream truck for Paula's Dairy. He was a former employ ee of Bethlehem Steel Corp. and Structural Steel Co., Bethlehem. Born in Bethlehem Township, he was a son of the late Howard and Betha Fran kenfield Dornblaser. He attended Bethlehem schools and was a member of the Good Shepherd Luther an Chruch, Wilson. Surviving are his widow, the former Iren Pauls; two daughters, Mrs. Micha el Lucykanish, Wilson and Mrs. Richard West, South Easton; a son Walter J r. of Bethlehem Township; a sister, Miss Arlene Dornblaser, Wilson; 10 gra ndchildren and four great-grandsons. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Katinis Funeral Chape l, Wilson. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine. | ||
