Walter E. Frankenfield
Walter E. Frankenfield, 96, of 2416 Willow Park Road, Bethlehem Townshi p, died Friday in his home. His wife, Anna M. (Strouse) Frankenfield, di ed in 1919.

He was supervising principal of Bethlehem Township Schools when he retir ed in 1951. He also had worked as an engineer.

He was born in Butztown, a son of the late James and Celesta (Haas) Franke nfield.

He served on the board of the Bethlehem Building and Loan Association f or more than 30 years.

He was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Bethlehem.

Surviving are two sisters, Evelyn and Mary Kichline, both at home.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Snyder-Hinkle Funeral Home. 5 27 Center St., Bethlehem. There will be no calling hours.
