Easton Woman Fatally Stricken While at Hospital
Mrs. Bessie S. Frankenfield, 59, of 523 High St., Easton, died yesterday a fternoon in Easton Hospital. She had gone to the hospital for treatment a nd was stricken while there.
The widow of Norman R. Frankenfield, a J. T. Baker Chemical Co. Chemist, w ho died at 1947, she was a lifelong resident of Easton. Secretary of the P axinosa Area Girl Scout council for 10 years, she relinquished the positi on this spring.
S e was a daughter of late Howard and Mary Alice Yarington Stout.
Surviving are two daughters, Miss Norma Rae Frankenfield, a student at Pen nsylvania State University, and Mrs. Robert Fasick, Bethlehem; a sister, M rs. John Krebaugh, Wilmington, Del.; two brothers, Howard Stout, Phillipsb urg, and Walter Stout, Palmer Township.
Services at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Shillinger Funeral Home, Easton. |
