A. J. Moser, a life long resident of Williams Township, died suddenly of a poplexy at his home near Woodring's Mills on Saturday Night. The deceas ed was a miner by occupation, and worked as that business a long time. Sa turday he was around as usual and in good health. When he retired on Satu rday evening a strange noise was heard in his room, and later some memb er of the family found him dead. He was about 45 years of age and is surv ived by a son and a daughter. He was a member of the 28th Regiment, Penns ylvania Volunteers.
