Hawk, 76, Was Store Manager Elmer E. Hawk, 76, of Flicksville, died early today at his home. Mr. Hawk formerly was manager of the A & P store in Bangor. He was employ ed by the firm for 26 years. He last was employed at the Crown Mill of t he Kayser Co. He retired six years ago. Born in Pen Argyl, he was a son of the late Robert and Helen Heller Haw k. He lived in Flicksville 31 years. He was a member of St. Paul?s Lutheran Church, Flicksville, the choir a nd the Sunday School of the church. He was secretary of the church 11 year s. He was assistant superintendent of the Sunday school for the last 10 ye ars. Survivors include his widow, the former Mary Pysher, a daughter, Mrs. Glad ys Kenner, Clementon, N.J. ; a son, Marvin, Stockertown, six grandchildr en and 11 great grand-children The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hugh Home for Funeral s, Bangor. | ||
