Isaiah Hixson
Isaiah Hixson, 75, grocer, died yesterday at his home, 601 Itaska Street, Bethlehem. Two years ago, he was presented a medal in recogniti on of 50 consecutive years as a Sunday school teacher. He was a former tr easurer of ST. Luke's Evangelical Church, Bethlehem.
Surviving are three children from the first wife, Mrs. W. Solver, of Weiss port, Mrs. Chester Worman of Bethlehem, Mrs. Ada Johnstonbaugh, of Allento wn; seven grandchildren and one great-granchild. and the following step-ch ildren: mrs. Amelia Beam, ofCreamery; Miss Susan Mack and Andrew Mac k, at home; two brothers, William Hixson, of Fleetwood and Charles Hixs on of Quakertown, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Mill, of Allentown. |
