Asher H. Kreidler
Asher H. Kreidler, of Newburg died at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethleh em at 2 a.m. Sunday. He was born Dec. 15, 1892 at Newburg, a son of Sen ia Frankenfield Kreidler and the late William Kreidler.
He was a bookkeeper and was employed at the Nazareth Waist Company. He w as a lifelong member of the Dryland Lutheran church, Hecktown, and was tre asurer of the Sunday school for 18 years. he was a member of confident Lo dge 1099, I.O.O.F of Newburg. He was a veteran of World War I and was a p rivate with Company I. 19th division, at Camp Lee, Va. He was a memb er of the Harold V. Knecht Post No. 445. American Legion of Nazareth, a nd was a past commander and past adjutant of the Post.
He is survive by his widow, Mrs. Lottie Lahr Kreidler; his mother, and thr ee daughters: Beatrice, Betty, and Naomi, all at home.
Funeral services will be held from his home on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o' clock with further services in the Dryland Lutheran Church, with the Re v. Israel Yost officiating. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery, Hecktown. |
