Rev. Howard Bodder was Retired Pastor
Funeral services for the Rev. Howard E. Bodder, a retired Presbyterian min ister, who died Thursday at his home in Newton, N.J., will be held tomorr ow evening at the residence. Further services will be held on Monday at 10 :30 a.m. in the Durham Union Church. Burial will be in Durham Cemetery.

Before he retired 10 years ago the Rev. Mr. Bodder served as pastor of t he Presbyterian Church in Bridgeton, N.J. for 25 years. Since his retirme nt, he had been acting as the supply pastor of a small Presbyterian char ge in Newton.

He was born in Williams Township,, and was a graduate of Ursinus Colleg e. He took post-graduate work at Princton Theological Seminary, in his ear ly years as a minister he served pastorates of Reformed church in Lebano n, Phoenixville and Norristown.

Surviving are his wife, the former Elsie Hindenach and a sister, Mrs. Ma ry Ritter, of Bethlehem.
