Miss Edna E. Abel
Miss Edna E. Abel, 79, Nazareth R.D. 1 near Newburg, died at 1 a.m. today in Easton Hospital. She was admitted to the hospital Tuesday night. She had been ill several weeks.

Miss Abel was born in Palmer Township on Jan 18, 1879 a daughter of the late Benjamin and Eliza Shively Reinheimer Abel. She had resided in Nazareth R.D. 1 for the last 20 years. Before that she operated a dairy farm in Forks Township.

She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ and Elizabeth file Rebecca Lodge No. 570, both of Nazareth.

Her closest relatives are cousins.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the F.W. Schmidt Mortuary, Nazareth.
