Russell C. Henry
Russell C. Henry, 73, of Main Street, Portland, died yesterday afternoon at his home.

Born in Portland, he was a son of the late David and Effie Parr Henry. His wife, the former Rhoda Hunt, died Nov. 30, 1960.

Mr. Henry was a retired employee of the Pennsylvania State Highways Department. He was employed there 24 years. He was with the Wind Gap to Delaware Water Gap Division. He retired in 1961.

He was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church, Belvidere.

Survivors include two daughters, Effie, wife of Floyd Scarlett, Belividere, and Dorothy, Wife of Howard Mott, Vale N.J.; a son George B., at home; 13 grandchldren and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at the MacFadden Funeral Home, Belivedere, at 2 p.m. Friday.
