Mrs. J. Willard Paff
Funeral services were held this morning at Reed and Steinbach Funeral Home, Doylestown, for Mrs. Katherine S. Paff, 91.
Mrs. Paff died Thursday in Doylestown Hospital. Formerly of Easton and Doylestown, she had been a guest at the Buckingham Valley Nursing Home for two years.
Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Porter W. and Elizabeth Sandt Shimer.
Mrs. Paff was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Easton, She was a charter member of the Penelope Club, Easton, and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Northampton County Historical Society. For many years she sang in the Bach Choir.
She was the widow of J. Willard Paff.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. William A. Paff, Elkheart, Ind., and Edward S. Paff, Brazil; a sister, Mrs. A Gordon Burns, Pacific Grover, Cal., and six grandchildren. |
